It happens when fraudsters copy your store card and then use this card to shop for themselves.
- Keep your card with you always.
- Check your monthly statement carefully for any purchases you didn’t make. Contact the customer care team right away if you do notice a purchase that was not you.
- Report your lost or stolen store cards as soon as possible to customer care. (FYI, we will never make a replacement card without notifying you.)
When shopping in-store on account:
- Remember to always get your card back from the cashier before leaving the store.
- Make sure it is your own card, and not someone else's.
When shopping online:
- Make sure you are shopping on the correct website.
- Avoid suspicious looking sites, apps, and links.
